Thank you for shopping with Ivent. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

  1. Do You Accept Returns?

    Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products unless otherwise noted in the product description.

    Some items are non-returnable, including any perishable goods, personalised items, and clearance or discounted products.

  2. Do You Accept Exchanges?

    Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and indicate your preference for an exchange.

  3. Product Condition

    Returns and exchanges are accepted for new, unused products only. Items must be in original packaging, with all tags attached, and show no signs of use.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products unless the item is defective.

  4. Return Window

    Standard Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

  5. Return Methods

    By Mail: Most returns and exchanges are processed by mail. Please contact us to receive a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.

    In-Store or Drop-Off: At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges in-store or at drop-off locations.

  6. Restocking Fee

    No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

  7. Refund Processing Time

    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase; it is required for all returns and exchanges.

    Gift returns are accepted within the same return window with a gift receipt.

    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for resolution.
